Introducing the newest member of the family.... our dog Summit. We surprised the kids with him today. He is a Goldendoodle (Golden Retriever and Poodle) and we all adore him. Scout is disappointed because he already outweighs her at 9 weeks old. But that doesn't stop her from trying to pick him up! Lincoln is our resident bossy owner. He is determined that Summit do what he's told and stay where he is supposed to stay. It's going to be an exciting and long ride, I'm sure. You'd think that someone who grew up with dogs wouldn't be so scared to have one again, but I'm so nervous! No joke....Puppies for Dummies is my new favorite book!
By the way.....anyone miss me while I took a hiatus from blogging? I think I'm making a comeback. Move over Britney Spears!

Yea, you are back! I am so happy that you posted a picture because I was dying to see him! Thank you so much for getting a dog so that I don't have to get one again, I can just send Alexis over to your house!

Our cats are very jealous of all the attention going to the dog. He really is adorable and appears to be a perfect addition to the Chase family. Welcome, Summit!

Welcom back, Katie!! I almost peed my pants when I saw your name on the top of my list of favorite blogs. Camille is going to be so excited. She checks your blog ALL THE TIME to see if you've posted any pictures of the kids. Now we have kids AND a dog... too cool! And, by the way, congratulations on the dog!
