The kids watch Dave work out in our garage every day. Yes, his mean wife won't let him make his gym inside the house. Lincoln and Scout love getting in his way and trying to use his stuff. Dave is excited that they are on their way to becoming Cross Fit fanatics. If you don't know what Cross Fit is, it is the new revolution according to Dave. Don't ask him about it unless you really want to know. He is OBSESSED! I love that he loves it. Below, both attempting muscle ups and Lincoln demonstrating how he uses a stick as a barbell.

Might as well brainwash them early. They are gonna need that endurance to keep up with their mom and dad! LOVE IT!
Since Doug & Dave share the same obsession, I'm sure it won't be long until we have pictures of Hay and Colb doing the same. Come January, we will have our own little garage gym! :) Katie, I'm planning on going full fledge cross-fit too...hop on, we can have cross-fit crazed families. Our new family vacations will be to Santa Cruz to get certified together. :) Lincoln and Scout look so cute and tough. :)
