Lincoln kept asking me what it looks like while the washing machine is going. I told him that it only worked when the lid was down. He didn't believe me and so he sat for 5 minutes, opening and shutting the lid. Each time he opened it, he would say "Oh, it stopped again Mom!". Finally, Scout decided she wanted in on the action too. I think that this one would fall under the "Harry Potter" music.

SO cute! can anyone explain why they don't just believe the things we tell them? Tyse always has to say, "hmmm. I don't think so, mom. I will have to ask dad." Nothing like feeling that I am the smartest woman alive. and then there's the novel "I know everything, mom." Love that one.
